CAMP ENTERPRISE 2022 COVID PREPARATIONS
TO BE ANNOUNCED

As we prepare for Camp Enterprise 2022, the following preparations are being made to ensure a safe environment for all students and adults participating in this year’s camp.

ALL students enrolled in Camp Enterprise MUST be fully vaccinated. This means that they must receive their second vaccination shot no later than October 20 2022, and must provide a picture of their vaccination card along with the other documents they complete when registering for Camp E.

ALL adult volunteers who work with students at Camp Enterprise 2022 MUST be fully vaccinated. This means that, along with the background check, adults must provide a copy of their vaccination card to the Camp Enterprise Chair.

Hand sanitizer will be available in multiple locations throughout camp. Hand sanitizer MUST be available at times in the dining hall, meeting hall, in all sleeping cabins. Students are encouraged to bring their own hand sanitizer to camp.

At this time, masks are recommended when working in close contact others. We will be watching CDC regulations as well as the Governor’s Orders to determine whether masks will be required at Camp Enterprise. We will also look to YMCA North rules and regulations regarding COVID to determine whether masks will be required at Camp Enterprise. As chair, I recommend the following modified policy based on the Minneapolis Public Schools: “All students, case study mentors, counselors, camp staff, and visitors should wear masks indoors regardless of vaccination status. Case study teams should maintain at least 3 feet of physical distance between students in other teams.”

Camp Enterprise 2022 Medical Kit will include 10 digital thermometers to monitor body temperature of everyone at camp. Temperatures will be taken at meal time. Anyone with a temperature greater than normal or feeling sick in any way will be isolated and must leave camp that day. An isolation location will be established.
