Connor Wray

Connor Wray, JonnyPops Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer, has been with JonnyPops since the company was founded at St. Olaf College (Northfield, MN) in the spring of 2012.  Connor brings a depth of knowledge about JonnyPops operations and business process, having held roles throughout the Company, including his current role as the organization’s financial leader since 2014.  Connor has led JonnyPops through growth from a dorm room start-up with sales at farmers markets and ice cream push-carts to a national brand in the frozen novelty space with customers that include Target, Costco Wholesale, Sprouts Farmers Markets, Walmart, Sam’s Club, and thousands of other retail outlets. 

 

This growth journey has seen the company outgrow two manufacturing facilities, grow in full-time employee count from 2 to more than 50, and expand products and capabilities to encompass new flavors and sales channels. Connor is a passionate and 

disciplined entrepreneur who has focused the organization on business fundamentals, leading to consistent improvement in performance and profitability through hands-on experience that emphasizes effective collaboration, individual responsibility and accountability, and process systematization.

 

Connor holds a BA in Economics and Computer Science from St. Olaf College where he graduated in 2014, has been a keynote speaker and judge at business competitions and conventions across the country, and was named to the 2018 class of Forbes 30 Under 30 innovative and emerging leaders.
