Greg Krauska’s path to becoming a management consultant began when he was a Camp Enterprise student in Milwaukee in 1977. Today, as President of the Change Agent Group, Greg helps clients develop compelling value propositions to win profitable business with their customers.
He has worked with clients across North America, Asia and Europe, including Optum, Microsoft, Xerox, Cisco Systems, Carlson Hotels, as well as a variety of small businesses. He is a contributor to three books, including Business Model Generation, which offers 9 building blocks to understand and reshape any business. He serves on the Board of ShelterBox USA, Rotary’s first Project Partner.
